Prolonged Use Of Neugaba M 75

Is this medicine safe for long term use? I know people who are taking it for around 2 years and want to know if there are some side effects of such a prolonged usage. Please also tell that for how much time this medicine can be taken safely without any serious side effects. Of course there are some minor side effects like dizziness which would be seen but I want to know if it has some more serious side effects on body on prolonged usage.
