After my aortic valve replacement 7 months ago,I started taking PROLOMET 25 XL on Doctor's prescroption. Before my surgery my triglycerides level was less than 100.
But after surgery my triglyceride level started shooting up.( MAY 30th -168 and now 270) .Is it because of PROLOMET

Prolomet contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, it is used to treat various cardiovascular diseases, including high blood pressure.
That said, this site is not medial professionals and cannot possibly say whether or not it has had any effect on this. What has your doctor said?
