Prolifen is not known to be manufactured in the US. So I am unable to retrieve a full description of the drug. I did however locate that Clomiphene is noted to be the main ingredient of Prolifen in many countries.

Common side effects associated with Clomiphene include: Hot flashes, abdominal discomfort, visual blurring (dose-dependent), and/or reversible ovarian enlargement and cyst formation.
