Prolia And Arm Pain

I had my first shot in November, My back ached nothing major. That went away but I have severe muscle pain in my arm where the shot was given. I can barely lift my grand baby. I called my arthritic doc and he said oh he has not seen anyone with that complaint. I went to my primary doc who wanted me to go to PT . I said why are you sending me to PT when I am telling you I did nothing to cause damage to my arm except have this shot. I am left with un answered questions if prolia caused this and after reading posts afraid to take it again. I did well with reclast but it did not increase enough bone density in my hips, actually they got worse.

Yes, arm pain is listed as a possible side effect of Prolia, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience skin rash, abdominal cramps, confusion, cough and ear congestion.

These medications are notorious for causing a lot of side effects and making people miserable.

Are these the only 2 medications that you've tried, so far?
