Progesterone Soft Gelatin Capsules Naturogest 200mg

I'm in my 13th week of pregnancy. My consultant prescribed me naturogest 200mg on a daily basis for 1 month after dinner orally. Is it safe to take these capsules? Will it affect my pregnancy in any way? How can it help my pregnancy? I'm in a confused state so pls help me.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of progesterone as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, headache and PMS-like symptoms.
