These aren't meant to be used around the time you have intercourse, that could actually cause you to not absorb some of the medication.

You should insert them some other time, such as when you are going to bed for the night.

I believe you misunderstood the purpose of these, their vaginal insertion is to ensure better absorption of the medication, but that part actually doesn't have anything to do with how they can help you get pregnant.

Progesterone is a hormone and it is vital to the female menstrual cycle, if you are low in it, it can create fertility problems. Thus, that can be helped by supplementing it back.
