Hello, Rani! How are you? It is just a nutritional supplement, Coenzyme Q10, which has been shown to sometimes help with male fertility issues. So, unless his doctor feels otherwise, there's no harm in his trying it.

The U.S. FDA doesn't list this as having any other known side effects.

Is there anything else I can help with?
