The tablet with the T 13 marking is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma USA and they list it as containing 250mgs of Levofloxacin.

The FDA lists the side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
