Private Methadone Doctors In Ny

I'm on high doses of Moriphine n Oxycodone and have been on Methadone in the past for my pain n it worked a lot better for my pain, I use to be a Steel Worker and fell 130 feet harnest in but broke my back n my neck , was in hospital for a month, I've been on the same medicine for a long time n would really like to have Methadone again , please let me know if you can find any Private Doctor to Prescribe me Methadone for my pain .

As to the Methadone, any doctor that is licensed to practice medicine and write prescriptions is allowed to prescribe it for pain. The restrictions refer to when it is being prescribed for addiction treatment. The issue, however, is that most won't, due to its highly addictive nature and relatively high rate of abuse.

Are your current medications no longer helping you?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of these medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
