Primolut N Since Taking No Period

I was on a oesrogen progesterone pill for many years now I'm 45 and have breast cancer family history my doctor put me on primolut n I have not a period since starting this and I am not pregnant my last period was 1st november 2013.should I be concerned? Thank you Kt.
