Primolut And Tranexamic Acid
UpdatedGyn prescribed primolut and tranexamic acid to start on day one of my period to increase blood count before myomectomy on the 23rd of October.

How low was your blood count?
These should lessen how much you bleed on your period, if you bleed, at all.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
