Prevent N Tablet Periods Prepone

i wanted to prepone my periods.it is started from i.e.20 may 2016. i want to prepone the same before 7 days.

From what I understand, hormonal contraceptives can be taken for the purpose of altering the timing of one's menstrual cycle; to be had sooner or later than the expected date. Whether or not it's healthy is another story, but I think it all comes down to when you take the active pills vs inactive ones relative to your menstrual cycle date... However since every brand has different protocols to follow, I would encourage you to work closely with your prescribing doctor or gynecologist on developing specific dosing guidelines that correlate with your intentions... And of course keeping in mind that you may have to revert back to a normal dosing regimen after the event/preponed period takes place.... Because hormones can be a sensitive beast, in my opinion it's very important to get them back in order as soon as possible with properly prescribed dosing techniques.
