Prescription Minocycline For Acne

What effect does minocycline have psychologically? I heard of kids abusing it before at our local school?

The FDA classifies this medication as an antibiotic, so it really has no psychological effects. I would suspect that they are just abusing it, because they 'think' it's doing something.

Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
