Hello, Leticia! How are you doing?
A yellowish discharge is usually due to a bacterial infection, so this medication may help, because it is used to treat or eradicate bacterial infections.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
Is there anything else I can help with?
