Pregnant On Lo Loestrin Fe

I have been taking lo loestrin fe for 3 months. It is my last week of pills and I was intimate with my partner twice this week without using protection. I take the pills every day however I have not been taking them at the same time for the past two weeks. Some days I would take them in the morning, some days at dinner time, etc. Usually I take them in the morning. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? Is it really necessary to take them at the exact same time? Please help!

When taking oral contraceptives, as explained by the NIH, you have about 12 hours, before it's considered a late pill and 24 hours, before it's considered a missed pill.

Thus, if you full missed any, then yes, there is a chance you could be pregnant. However, if you took them all within about 12 hours, you should be fine, unless your doctor feels there is reason to be concerned.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and spotting.

Okay so I'm on my 3rd pack of loestrin 20.. in the second pack I had my period before and re started the pill. 4 days into my second pack I went away on a day trip so I took my pill 10 hours after I usually do. 7 days after my late pill I was intimate but the condom broke so 2 days after i took emergency contraceptive pill. I did get my period before the 3rd pack and it lasted 4 days. Was filled with blood clots and brown/ bright red and pink blood. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests over this past month and all have been negative but my breasts have been a bit tender recently i have had some lower abdominal pain and loss in appetite.
