Pregnant For 2 Weeks But I Took Flagyl

I took 12 flagyl tablets and I didn't know that I was pregnant but I was suspecting it because my breasts were itching. I took the first test and it was negative and I took the second one and it was positive. The reason why I took flagyl is because my uterus was very sore, so I was wondering if it would hurt my unborn child?
