Prednisone Over Taking

Hi I am freaking out. I am on 30 mg per day of prednisone. I take it in the morning around 7 am but accidentally took it again at 6 pm. I tried to vomit it up immediately but do not believe it worked as no pill showed up. What should I do as I took 60 mg today and now not sure how this will effect me as well as what to do tomorrow.

Hello, Kell! How are you doing? Did you experience any adverse reactions?

It can be given in that dosage, so taking that amount isn't usually a serious problem, unless you have a bad reaction to it or are allergic to it.

Did you contact your doctor about the issue?
