Hello, Ann! How are you? Did you experience any adverse effects?
Usually, they are only spaced out to try to help minimize the side effects, as listed by the FDA, they may include nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, and insomnia, so taking them all at once, may worsen those effects. The last time I was on this, my pharmacist flat out told me that it was fine to talk them, all at once, if I preferred, so I did. If I did so in the morning, then the worst of the side effects were worn off, by the time I was ready to go to bed.
It's always best to double check with your doctor to be sure, though.
