Prednisone 20mg+missed Adose For Today . When To Take Next One

I am prescribed Apo-prednisone 5mg for chest infection
Am to take 8 every morning .for 5 days, took for 2 days and then missed this morning
when should I take the dose that I missed . Should I take it now at 6 pm or leave
until tomorrow morning,

I would take your Prednisone dose in the morning's, as one of the significant side effects is insomnia. If you take a dose at 12:00 am, you risk being up all night. Always try to take in the morning's if that's at all possible. Good luck.

can i take pred 20mg by just having 5 hours interval? like i have my 1st dose this afternoon at 6 & planning to take the other tab or should i say my next dose now at 12am.. is it ok?

Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you should take it now, then proceed with your normal dosing schedule.
