Will I fail a urine test because of prednisone 20 mg and 400 mg Acyclovir? The er said I have Bell's palsy. I got to take one in two days from now for probation. And if it fails there they take u to jail and give you a new charge for v o p. Please help. Thank you.
Update 6/1/2016 12:35:20 PM: I failed a urine test for probation showing positive for methamphetamine. I have not taken anything other than silver sulfadiazine and something else that the e.r. gave me for Bells Palsy.

I took a urine test at a homeless shelter. I had taken Prednisone for pain an had a positive for Marijuana. They also claimed I was positive for methamphetamine and I have not done that for 5 months. Can Prednisone cause me to be positive for methamphetamine?
