Prednisone 10mg Missing Tablet

I just started prednisone 10 mg pills for bronchitis and asthma. The dose is 4-3-2-1 3 days each. I lost a pill at the beginning. What is my best day to reduce 1?

When u r down to two do not take any away from the beginning that is when the medicine that is when the medicine is trying to pounce on the problemwhen you get in a lower doses it doesn't matter as much not really going to text you a whole bunch anywhere but in a perfect world right before the end but not at the end is best but does not so much matter
