Prednisone 10 Mg With 20mg Norco

I take 60mg of norco daily, 20 mg every 5-6 hours, for severe rheumatoid arthritis pain. Can I also take 10 mg prednisone Once a day with the norco just for 3-5 days to reduce very bad swelling in wrists hands ganglia?
