I have been prescribed predmet 16 mg for my numbness in right hand due to spondilitis. what is it? what are the side effects of it?

Predmet contains the steroid Prednisone, it is used to help treat inflammation and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight gain and insomnia.
