The Pre is just an abbreviation for the manufacturer of that one, so there is no difference, both are the same medication.

This is an anticonvulsant that's also be shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.
