The FDA classifies Cephalexin and Bactrim as antibiotics and lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Pravastatin may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
