Practin And Decadan Side Effect

Hii I m manoj yadav from delhi india,my age ia 29 hving wt 48 kgs, my hight is 5ft5 inchs...a frnd sugested me these tablets for wt gain..is thr any side effect dossing these...pls suggest me if any wt gaining supliment is suitable for me..
