Pot Clor Sr Caps Side Effects. I take a fluid pill and doctor put me on the above. Been on it for well over a year and all of a sudden I am experiencing sore joints and muscles, could this be the reason. I take 1 cap. twice a day.

This is a potassium supplement, so it is hard to say what is causing your issues, it could be due to it, altered levels of potassium, or due to being dehydrated from the water pill. When was the last time your doctor did any blood work?
The FDA lists other side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and hypotension. They also warn that the time release potassium may cause stomach irritation, so it should be taken with food, even if it's just a small snack.
Are you on any other medications?
