Possibly Drugged By Spouse

My spouse of 23 yrs was found to be having YEARS long affair with co-worker, a nurse. We separated for 6 months and decided to work it out however on Valentines Day he took me to see Bob Seger in a large city 6 hrs away long story short that night I slept more soundly than normal I fear I was drugged I NEVER sleep through the night w/o going to the restroom at least twice next morning I cant remember anything I never got up to use the restroom and my vision was horrible I had severe double vision and dizziness Again I felt like a chunk of time was lost like I couldnt remember anything except talking to my oldest daughter before "passing out"...I am curious is it possible my husband drugged me I thought I saw his supposed former lover there too (at the concert) being a nurse she has access to all kinds of meds also I have continued to have problems with my eyes periodically once more after returning home I was up on my ph...last thing I remember once again and both times I awoke with a "jolt" when I looked over my husband wasnt next to me I ran thru our home calling out to him ckd all rooms nowhere...sudddnly I come back to bed and he is laying there??? just very strange things occuring...scared he's drugging me so as to be able to see her while Im knocked out I know this sounds delusional but I am a very rash individual but these things are frightening also I went throughout our home getting meds together I didnt recognize I had 6 pill bottles in my purse I was going to go online to evaluate My husband saw them and got angry few hrs later one pill bottle with 3 capsules in it is misding!! I got angry and asked him about it he laughs it off and says it has to be here somewhere!! what types of meds could knock you out like that and give side effects like that??

One would be the date rape drug Rohypnol. It contains the active ingredient Fluntrazepam, which is a benzodiazepine and it is possible that a medical professional might have access to it.

Everything you've described are typical side effects of it and some of the other more potent benzodiazepines, if given in high doses. They FDA also warns that they carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Have you spoken to your doctor about it? They may be able to test you for some substances to see if they are in your body.

Alternatively, it might be a good idea to get away from him again, for awhile, to see if these symptoms go away, then you'd definitely have an answer.
