Possible Celexa Overdose

Hi, I take 40 mgs of celexa a day, however, mistaking it for another one of my scripts ( silly me for not looking at the label) I may have taken as much as 200 mgs. Is it possible NOT to have any side effects?
I've been on Celexa for at least 5 years and I still get that brain zapping on the 40 so its possible I need to go up anyway ( but of course not to 200)

Hello, Laseven! How are you doing? I'm very glad that nothing untoward happened.

However, there could be some risk of some type of organ damage, though it's not very high, but in light of that, I think you should contact your doctor and let them know. They may need to do some blood work to check your liver and kidney function, just to be safe.
