Positive Drug Test Due To Ferrous Sulfate

I'm taking ferrous sulfate daily, my drug test result for METHAMPHETAMINE is NEGATIVE but my result for TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL has a remark REFUSE TO TEST, when I ask what is the meaning of that they said that I means I'm taking or I'm positive in Marijuana. I didn't even seen marijuana in my life only in picture, i don't event smoke. Does ferrous sulfate affect my result??
