Pls Help Me Urgently

I inserted 4 tablets of mistoprostol & cytotec inside my vagina 2 hours ago, I'm experiencing cramps but no bleeding. I'm 7weeks pregnant. Pls what do I do next?

I inserted 4 tablets Misoprostol & cytotec last night as I wrote yesterday. I could not sleep afterwards as I had severe cramps, extreme vomiting & pains. There was bleeding too. I want to insert another 4 because the bleeding had stopped & I'm still feeling feverish. Or should I not insert? Pls respond.
