ONDANSETRON (Zofran®) helps to relieve nausea and vomiting, especially when associated with the treatment of cancer (chemotherapy). Ondansetron may also be used to prevent or treat nausea and vomiting that occurs after surgery, and occasionally is used to treat severe vomiting during pregnancy.

This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list as containing 8mgs of Ondansetron, which is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea or vomiting, as Jules has stated.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
