Please Help Me Identify This Pill

my mom found this pill on the kitchen table. it is a very small white oval tablet
one side has a 4 on it, and the other side is sectioned into fours, top-right section has a 42 in it, top-left section has a 16 in it, bottom-right section is left blank, and the bottom-left section has a √ (square root symbol)
can someone please tell me what this is?

The pill is a small, pink round pill with the number 274 on it.

Very tiny white oval pill number 93 on one side. Number 155 on the other. Is suppose to be a migraine preventative pill. I read that this pill can be mistaken easily. I want to make sure I received the correct pill because it doesn't look like any of the pills I looked up online. Thank you

i found a pinkish/orange small round pill with K 2 on one side and blank on the other side...also the side that has K2 is scored in the middle....can you tell me what this is?

The pill you have is Topiramate (25 mg).

Topiramate treats epilepsy in children and adults and was originally marked as an anticonvulsant. It is FDA approved for, and most frequently prescribed for, the prevention of migraines. It may also be used in treatment of fibromyalgia.
