I take plavix , ecosprin and wafarin daily. what are effects of it in the long run. can i stop one of it

Plavix contains the active ingredient Clopidogrel, it is used to inhibit blood clotting.
It can cause low white cell count or hemmorhage.

Ecosprin contains Aspirin, it is also generally used for its blood thinning properties.
