Plain White Oval Pill No Imprint Split Back

I have two small oval shaped white pills with no markings on one side and a split line on the other side....not sure if markings rubbed off (chalky texture) or if its just a plain pill. Was told it was xanax....?? PLEASE IDENTIFY

You should never take a pill based on what 'you're told'. What you have would be impossible to know, it sounds like a saccharin. A prescription medicine legally made in this and most other countries have an imprint.

There's actually an Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 1,000 mg tablet that closely fits this description. And while I'm not certain who makes it, most vitamin C tablets I've come across have been naturally chalky.

Like Eddy said though, it's probably impossible to know what you have (unless you were to get it analyzed by a lab). However I seriously doubt it's (real) xanax, simply because there's no visible imprint and the physical description doesn't correlate with other xanax bars that are legitimate.

Please post back if you happen to find out any more information about its origin.
