I have two plain white oblong pills with no markings on them at all. What could they be?

@Rwsgirl,

Just curious, whereabouts did you get the pills from?

Unfortunately there are a wide variety of things this could be due to how broad the description is. I have both calcium and magnesium tablets that share this same depiction. Not to mention the numerous other over-the-counter supplements, illicit drugs and foreign medications that don't require pill imprints like the FDA demands for pharmaceuticals here in the US. So I think once you determine their origin, then other pertinent details might also fall into place more easily... In the meantime I would probably contemplate getting these pills analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel just to have to added clarification as to what drug category it could be in.
