That is correct and to add some specifics for others, the prescription drug databases list this as containing 10mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Guaifenesin, this combination is most commonly used as a cough suppressant.

The FDA also warns that this is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
