This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
This tablet, however, is no longer being manufactured. They have all been changed to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose.
