Most pills with this type of description are typically identified as steroids.

Based on what I've read, this particular pill could be either winstrol, anavar, or dbol; I just haven't come across a truly definitive answer on this. However most of the details I've seen depict it as being dbol. If you can't identify the pill for certain, I recommend that you safely dispose of it.
