Pink Round K 56 Pill

I have been on oxycodone 10 milligrams 10 325 ap ap when I went Kmart Pharmacy they gave me a pink round Pill that has K 56 is this the same medication or what is the difference? I haven't taken it yet I didn't know, can someone help?

This tablet only contains 10mgs of Oxycodone, there is no Acetaminophen in this one like there was in the other that you were taking. It is a regular release formulation.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
