Without the complete imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is.
I did, however, find one that could be a match, it is round, dark pink, white on the inside and on one side it has a C over a 74.
It contains 50mgs of Metoprolol and at that dosage, being split in half makes sense, because someone may not have been able to tolerate the 50mgs.
It is most commonly used to help lower high blood pressure.
