Found a small pink pill that is round with a 5 on one side and scored on the other.

A small, round, pink tablet with a 5 on one side and a score line on the other is a 5mg Lisinopril tablet.

The mentioned Opana possibility is actually octagonal in shape and isn't scored.

Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

Its side effects may include headache, dizziness, stomach pain and hypotension.

Lisinopril 5 mg is one option, Opana is another... and there are several other options.
