I found this on the floor in the bedroom and have no idea where it came from, it's a very large pill, pepto bismol pink with two triangles one is upside down on top of the other at left end and then the number 4980 stamped in to it. Can you help me out, is my husband sick and not telling me?

This tablet is actually no longer available in the U.S. it was a generic for a mild narcotic analgesic called Darvocet, it contains Propoxyphene and Acetaminophen.

It was pulled from the market in both the U.S. and Canada, as well as several other countries, because it was found to cause cardiotoxicity, plus there was an inordinate number of overdoses.
