Pink Pill V-3600

what exactly is this pill i found it in a drawer and dont know what it is should i be concerned

This is generic hydrocodone (for Lorcet, Lortab, Vicodin) 10mg with acetaminophen (or Tylenol) 500mg. It is a scheduled 3 narcotic that can be highly addictive. It causes marked drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, blurred vision; of course, alcohol will intensify these conditions. 10mg is the highest amount of hydrocodone made in any prescription medication.
