Thanks for taking the time to share this pill ID. At first I couldn't find it either, but realized the number "0" is actually expressed as a letter "O" in various search engines. Posted below is a bit more information on this specific pill:

I am a chronic pain patient and a friend (RIP; Carcinoma) used to send me all his unused meds monthly, often a rather large packet, from the USA & Roxane Labs 10mg oxymorphone was often amongst them. I rate them as being even more effective than 12mg Abbott DILAUDID, the best rescue medication by far for when my Oxycontin stops working after 6hrs. Unfortunately both (the Dilaudid came in a small yellowish 4mg round tablet and a white triangular 8mg, the oxymorphone in a slightly larger white tablet with a code number, all I recall is it started '54') are licenced only in the US. Does anybody know how I would be able to obtain regular supplies of the superb oxymorphone in both 5 & 10mg? I have read that, though not as effective as Roxane's product, Teva's pink pill is still excellent. I do not understand why such an excellent analgesic with far fewer side effects or other drawbacks than 50/20/10mg Sevredol (morphine sulphate) & definitely better than simply adding Oxynorm - a rotation of rescue meds works best for me. The health board here refuses tds prescriptions so the 80mg Oxycontin tds I was originally given is now the 120mg tablets bd. Stupid, as it means rescue meds are now essential! Where was I? Oh yes, can anybody tell me where I may get those Abbott hydromorphone and Roxane or Teva oxymorphone sent from the US, the only place they are dispensed, to the UK?
