Pink Oval Tablet With A E I

I have a pink oval pill. On the front it says AEI and on the back it says 40mg. Can you please tell me what it is?

Hi Lolly,

A pink oblong pill with "A/EI" on one side and "40mg" on the other is reportedly a non-US version of Nexium - possibly Canadian, but I've yet to confirm that.

From what I could gather, it appears to be a delayed-release tablet and contains 40mgs of the active ingredient Esomeprazole.

Nexium (Esomeprazole) is used to treat symptoms of GERD, acid reflux, peptic ulcers and more...
