Pink Oblong Pill With No Imprint

this is my mothers medication but because I changed pharmacies they are different in shape and this one in particular I cannot place with the new ones

The size, shape and color actually means nothing, that is entirely up to whatever the manufacturer wants it to look like. Thus, it is very common for the same medication to look different when your pharmacy has that of a different manufacturer in stock.
