There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients from one generic to another. While most people never notice a difference, if you're sensitive to such changes, or if you've been taking the same one for a long time, it may have a different effect on you. For some people it's too strong if it's higher, for others it may cause unusual side effects and for some like you, they just don't work as well, because they may be a little low.

Most of the time, if you give it a few weeks, your body will adjust and they'll seem to start working better.
If that doesn't happen, you may want to speak to your pharmacy and ask them if they can order the other ones back in for you.
