Hello, Jennie! How are you?

Based on what I've found, I believe that this is a 50mg Metoprolol tablet, which is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.

Learn more Metoprolol details here.

Is there anything else I can help with?
