i was given a sealed little bottle of pink liquid meth and it said it was 100mgs. My question is, Can that little bit of fluid actually be 100 mgs? Its so little fluid that im worried its not all there. the top was sealed and it was the bottle from his clinic, i had to empty it in a bottle of mine because he said he had to bring the empty back. can this really be 100mgs. It just seems that there would be more fluid in it. i dont know, im gonna take 50 today and 50 tomorrow. I'm just hoping this is really 100 mgs. please help me if u know about this stuff, thanks

YES! You're good man, it's all there. So the pink liquid..... The reason it's such a small amount is they have rehabed (so to speak) the formula. The liquid pink is a new "liquid concentrate." So the reason you have so little is because it is in an extremely concentrated form. You can Google it if you want. I drink 120mg. of methadone so I get 12mls. of methadone in my bottle because the new concentrate is 10mg. per 1 mililiter (mls.)

liquid methadone is a disaster waiting to happen generally the original liquid methadone was brown and was in a concentration of 5mg = 1ml of drug. other manufactures have sprouted and there is no standard the pink methadon is a totally synthetic called biodone and in two formulations 5mg/1ml and 10mg/1ml is the orange one its way cheaper and has a shorter half life 16 hours compared to 36 hours for the original if you cant get the original for once daily dosing i would try Phyceptone tabs 10mg and that makes BD dosing much easier providing your prescriber allows you to 'take away' your afternoon dose. hope this is of some help

Hi, I have been taking Methadone in and out of Treatment for about 15 years. Starting dose at clinic i go to is 25-30 mgs, but since you have a cross tolerance to opiates id say 20 mgs two times a day or start at the lowest dose possible and see what you think but I'd take 30 mg.

First of all if you are expecting "methamphetamine" then you will be super disappointed. Methadone is no methamphetamine. It is the complete opposite in fact. Methadone is a synthetic opiate, like morphine. Methamphetamine is a stimulant or an upper in every way. Methadone will put you to sleep. 100mg of methadone liquid in their standard small dispensary brown bottles will only be about 3/8 to 1/2 " of liquid in that bottle. My dose is 70mg and it is only 1/4" of liquid in mine. Don't get methamphetamine and methadone confused cuz if u do u will be disappointed more than u have ever known.

10 mg/1ml: Every 10 mg of methadone is 1 ml of liquid. Buy an oral syringe. Most walgreens give em out for free.

@Matt,

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but apparently bottles (with a National Drug Code of: 64019-554-67) are meant to come in 1 Quart sizes (32 fluid oz /or 946 mL).

And with each mL containing 10mgs of Methadone HCL, this should equate to about thirty-two 10mg doses per bottle.

Perhaps you can get the contents weighed for verification. Otherwise you could always call the pharmacy to double check on these types of things; especially since they didn't provide you with any information from the start like their supposed to do.

Dear Matt, YES, it's all there. It looks like it isn't enough, but it is. I was on methadone b 4 I got on suboxone, and, I use 2 get take homes. (110) I was on. And, it seemed like there wasn't enough, but it was. So, don't worry, u r all set!
